The fantastic Official Desperate Dan Costume with Mask is an official licensed Dandy product. Desperate Dan has featured in The Dandy comics since its first ever issue in 1937 and is famous for eating cow pies and being able to lift cows with only one hand.
The Desperate Dan outfit includes a long-sleeved red shirt with button detailing and a foam belly for padding. Also included is a contrasting sky blue bandana, an attached black waistcoat and a cowboy hat.
The comic book character is completed by a pair of brown boot covers and a realistic Desperate Dan mask, complete with stubble and moustache.

Trivia: Desperate Dan is a wild west character from the comic "The Dandy". The character is the strongest man in the world and can lift a cow using just one hand. Desperate Dan's beard is so tough he has to shave using a blowtorch.

The mask covers the front of the face only, but the hat covers the majority of the back of the head. -
