The Womens Chapter 2 Pennywise Halloween Costume consists of a short, long sleeved grey dress, with ruffle detailing on the sleeves and front of the costume. It also features three large orange pom poms as buttons on the front. Completing the look is a pair of matching tights and a white lace ruffle collar that fits on top of the dress.
