New Parcel Tracking System Launched

With the busy period of Halloween and Christmas falling upon us soon, customers will be anxious to know how their orders are progressing. As members, you may already check the process of your order, but from today, you will be able to it's progress via our recommended ParcelForce network.

Nicki Bolton, Customer Services explains "We receive many telephone calls from customers who need to know the status of their order. The answer to the majority is that the parcel has been delivered and left with a neighbour. You may now check for yourself at any time, day or night, the status of your consignment progress. Simply visit the order status page and enter your order number."
