Jokers' Masquerade Wins Prestigious Award

Jokers' Masquerade, the UK's largest online retailer of fancy dress costumes and accessories has reason to celebrate this October. Not only is the company celebrating ten years in business but in partnership with Bybox, they beat off strong competition for the second time in as many weeks, to win the Charapak sponsored Best e-Retailer Delivery Award at this year's eCommerce Awards.

Best E-Tailer Award Winners

Along with the Award win, Jokers' Masquerade was also highly commended in the small e-Retailer of the Year category.

Now in their fourth year, the Awards are open to all e-Retailers – a tough call, but it was ByBox' innovative solution coupled with Jokers' Masquerade commitment to offering consumers the very best delivery options which appealed to the judges. The results were announced at black tie dinner at the Brewery in London this week. Just two weeks ago the companies achieved Highly Commended at the Hermes Retail Week Supply Chain Awards.

Instead of expecting online shoppers to wait in all day for their favourite fancy dress costumes, Jokers' Masquerade offers them the handy alternative of a Click & Collect delivery to a secure locker at a location convenient to them. Situated at supermarkets, petrol stations, shopping centres and railway stations, customers can collect their parcels from ByBox lockers 365 days a year, even on Christmas Day so there is no excuse for turning up to a fancy dress party without a costume!

Mark Lewis, Managing Director of Jokers' Masquerade said "We are thrilled to win this prestigious award with ByBox. We are so pleased that this innovative approach to delivery is receiving the recognition it deserves within the eCommerce marketplace. We are delighted to be offering this unique and flexible delivery solution to the Dress Up market. Online shoppers are no longer content to put up with old-fashioned delivery methods. They are used to ordering online on their smart phones while on the move – why would they want to stay in for hours to receive a parcel?

We have been working with ByBox for the last couple of years and this award further strengthens the partnership that we have", added Mark.
