We provide a wide choice of UK and international delivery services including standard 5 day carriage or a choice of next day delivery fancy dress options. To help quickly find what you are looking for, simply search the right hand index and click on the delivery information.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland, but unfortunately geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. There may be occasions where we may not be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and outlying regions of the UK.

 

There's a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. In these cases please allow an additional day for delivery.

 

Please note: During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Halloween, World Book Day and Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, we display important customer information and delivery updates on this page under the Delivery Service Update section, so please check for details and allow extra time for delivery.

 

BFPO Parcels are delivered to Mill Hill in London on our Priority next day service and onwards to your own desination via the BFPO network itself.

 

Unfortunately we can only track and guarantee BFPO parcel delivery times to Mill Hill via the Civilian service. We ask that all BFPO customers allow sufficient time for receipt of goods, especially non European and distant geographies. Please visit the BFPO website for more information.

Delivery Service Update

Jokers' Masquerade has been advised by its carriers that due to adverse weather conditions affecting many parts of the country, deliveries may take longer than normal. Rest assured that we will continue to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same day of receipt. Please continue to place your orders as normal, however, to minimise any delays or inconvenience please allow extra time for your delivery.

Same Day Dispatch

Order By 4.00pm For Same Day Dispatch

Our standard service level is to pick, pack and ship your order as quickly and effectively as possible. On average, we ship 99.97% of all orders during the working week, the same day we receive them. This, coupled with our Stock Guarantee gives you the comfort that your order is in safe hands. Simply select your preferred shipping method at checkout, remembering that our working day cut off is 4.00pm for same day dispatch. Orders received over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday.

For The Avoidance Of Doubt

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday between 08.30am and 4.00pm, excluding Public Holidays.

  • Any orders placed any working day before 4.00pm, will be shipped the same day.
  • Any orders placed after 4.00pm any working day, will be shipped the next working day.
  • Any orders placed between 4.00pm Friday, over the weekend and up to 4.00pm on Monday, will be shipped that Monday.
  • All orders placed on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

Oversized Items

We only stock the very best costumes from the worlds best fancy dress suppliers. As such, we do sell a numbers of costumes which are considered "oversized" and too large to deliver via our standard delivery options.

Items are considered "oversized" which exceed 610mm x 460mm x 460mm or over 5kg in weight and cannot be dispatched via Royal Mail or Click and Collect. Oversize packages can only be dispatched via courier. We will only display the delivery options available to you, based on your location and the items in your basket.

Click and Collect (1 - 2 Working Days)

  • Collection from a nominated Locker close to your home or work location
  • We reserve the right to upgrade to a free home delivery by courier with consultation
  • If you do not collect within 40 hours of notification your parcel will be removed from the locker and you will be contacted by e mail to rearrange locker delivery

Customer Collection From Jokers' Masquerade Warehouse

If you live or work close to our office and warehouse, you may purchase and collect your order from us within our normal office opening hours of Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 5.00pm. To enable this option, during the checkout process select to deliver to a different delivery address to that of the cardholder and enter 'CUSTOMER COLLECT' in each of the address fields, using our RG14 5PX postcode and selecting United Kingdom. This will give an additional shipping option of 'Customer Collect'.

'Customer Collect' orders are processed as a priority and are usually available for collection within two hours of order receipt. Your order will be picked, packed and sealed to allow you to simply visit our offices and collect. Please telephone Customer Services on 0845 1300 818 to confirm your order is ready before you arrive.

It is important to note that we do not have the facilities to try on any costume or place any order at our offices. This is a collection service only and any returns or exchanges need to follow the correct procedure. We apologise, but no exceptions will be entertained.

BFPO: British Forces Post Office

We have many satisfied British Forces customers serving in overseas territories and are therefore happy and able to deliver to BFPO addresses via our dedicated ParcelForce and BFPO service. For this service we charge £9.99

Jokers' Masquerade uses a number of couriers for delivery services within Europe and around the world to ensure the most competitive price for your consignment. The main couriers used are Parcelforce and DPD who collect Jokers' Masquerade parcels daily. Consignments are insured for up to £100.00. Prices and delivery timescales are as follows:

International Delivery

Important Note: Jokers' Masquerade is unable to ship to the USA or Canada.

Other worldwide destinations can expect deliveries within four to nine working days. The price for the ParcelForce Global Priority Service is based on average volumetric and dead weight to all global destinations. Please note that should an order be larger or heavier meaning the shipping cost is in excess of the published price, Jokers' Masquerade reserves the right to withold the order while any appropriate additional fees are agreed. You will have the right to cancel the order if you feel any additional charge is too expensive. Prices are as follows:
