FREE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE

The Jokers' Masquerade 'Click and Collect' service is offered as our primary delivery method, free of charge with no minimum order value and delivered within one to two business days.

The service introduces a new delivery concept where your order is delivered to a secure 'locker', accessed by PIN number. The locker can be collected from at a time convenient to you and removes the need for a person to be at a delivery address.

To use our 'Click and Collect' service, you will be asked to select a locker location which can be close to your home or work address. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been delivered to your nominated locker location you will be notified by email and text, to confirm the delivery location, timescale and PIN number to access the locker. You will have 40 hours to collect your order. If your order is not collected within this 40 hour window (not including Sundays), your order will be returned to the delivery depot and you will be contacted by email to agree a new date for delivery to the locker location.

Some products sold via Jokers' Masquerade are too large to fit into such lockers. If your order is too large, a customer services representative will contact you prior to order despatch to upgrade to our next day delivery service to an address of your choice, free of charge.

As part of this new 'Click and Collect' service, the delivery company will send you one email after your delivery. This email will contain a survey for you to give service feedback and also introduce their similar consumer proposition. It is a condition of this service that a valid email address is given so that the delivery company may confirm the locker location, your access PIN and send you one service related email.
