4th May 2010: Brand New Marketing Manager Joins the Team
We would like to welcome our new Marketing Manager Adam Thein-Rice who will be responsible for the company’s marketing function. Adam heads up the marketing communications team and will oversee all marketing output.
Adam declared "It's very exciting to be working with such a fantastic product range and in a really unique market. My immediate focus is to give our products maximum exposure in the market place, build better strategic relationships with our suppliers and give our customers the best value and shopping experience."
1st April 2010: Jokers' Masquerade Welcome New IT Services Manager
Joker's Masquerade proudly welcome our new IT Services Manager Steve Hayes to the family. Steve will be in charge of managing our computer systems along with implementing initiatives, overseeing system installation and ensuring our back up systems operate effectively.
Steve shared "My focus will be to ensure maximum effectiveness and minimum disruption of our computer systems to give the best experience possible to customers and colleagues. I look forward to the challenge!"
16th March 2010: New Media Age Award Our Site 4 Star Review
Will Cooper, NMA site inspector shared his thoughts about the Jokers' Masquerade website detailing "A comprehensive site with countless costume options. It does well to paint a picture of fun throughout". And in describing our portfolio of products "A fancy dress site with a seemingly endless supply of costumes". Jokers' Masquerade welcome the 4/5 rating and look forward to a review of our new redesign that is coming soon.
19th February 2010: Jokers' Masquerade Sponsor Rewind Music Festival
Jokers' Masquerade are delighted to announce their fancy dress sponsorship of the world's biggest 80's festival, Rewind.
Located in the beautiful riverside setting of Temple Island Meadows near Henley-on-Thames, Rewind celebrates the greatest music from the coolest decade, featuring the biggest line-up of 80's artists since Live Aid. Attracting 30,000 festival goers each year, Rewind offers so much more entertainment than just the fantastic music, including Funfairs, Fireworks, Comedy, Live Karaoke, Silent Disco and a Kids' Zone, not to mention the fact that nearly all festival attendees don their best 80's gear for the event!
4th January 2010: No Price Change With VAT Increase
From 1st January 2010 Jokers' Masquerade fancy dress will be re-instating the 17.5% VAT rate. However, the good news for our customers is that our prices will remain the same as we appreciate the current financial market and value your continued business. With the exception of zero rated items, including child costumes and books, all prices have now resumed to the original 17.5% VAT rate.
