The Adult Cleopatra Costume includes a long white dress with attached golden coloured belt, a matching neck piece, a gold headpiece with faux beads and a semi-sheer cape with attached gold armbands and cuffs.
Trivia: As Cleopatra was a Pharaoh she owned all of Egypt, its people, its land and all of its material goods. She could order anything she wanted to be created or brought to her and her men would do it.

How does the cape attach to the wrist bands?
There are pieces of velcro on the cape and they attach to pieces of velcro on each of the wrist bands.
