Telephone Sales and Customer Services Advisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Customer Services and Sales Department. Candidates are required to have good attention to detail and excellent communication skills including a pleasant, sometimes empathetic but helpful telephone manner. Personal computer and keyboard skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office ™ suite of applications, or similar, are a prerequisite.
Junior IT Support Technician
This newly created role is available immediately to help cope with the demand of the busy IT team. The successful candidate will have a can-do and will-do attitude, working within a three man team managing our internal network servers and remote web topologies. You must be able to multi-task, be self motivate and have excellent communication skills.
