The Adult Penguin costume includes a soft velour black jumpsuit with white belly and plush yellow hand and shoe covers. The jumpsuit is easily pulled on and fastened with a front metal zip.
The highlight of this costume is the oversized Penguin headpiece. Padded for size and comfort the headpiece is light and easy to wear. We loved it's large eyes and long stuffed beak. Attached to the neck of the headpiece is a bright red bow tie.

Is there any flexibility in this costume with regard to the inside leg measurement?
The only flexibility in the inside leg measurement would come from the shoe covers and how far down the crotch starts. The crotch does start quite low down on this costume, so this would give you a little bit of extra room. The shoe covers could also be worn higher above the tops of your shoes to allow for slightly longer legs.
