Order Status - Track & Trace
Introduction
We have made it easier for you to check the status of your order within our system and also, to receive your parcel tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
How It Works
Whether you are a first time customer or not, upon payment confirmation of your order, you will be automatically directed into the "My Account" section of our system. You will also receive an email confirmation of your password for future use. You will be able to see the status of your order.
At any other time, visit the My Account login page and simply use your email address as your 'login' and password to retrive your order status and tracking information. If you have lost your password, a reminder can be sent.
Within the "My Account" section you will be able to see the status of your order within our system and also when shipped, the parcel tracking number. Your invoice will also be available to download, loyalty point information and the ability to change passwords if required.
