Instructions for Assembling the Harness

You are supplied with five pieces: 2 pieces with elastic arm supports, 2 pieces with strings and a harness.

Take the longest piece of the frame (the harness) and hold vertically. Insert the 2 arm support pieces into either side of the bottom section of the harness, so that both pieces of elastic are on the same side and you will be able to wear over your shoulders.

Then insert the 2 pieces with strings into either side of the top section of the harness, so that the strings are hanging downwards.

Now remove the rubber bands from the strings and wrap the back strings from each side around your fingers as in the image. Now take the front strings from each side and tuck the ends into your shoes.
