The Tween Skulls and Stars Fairy Costume includes a sleeveless black and pink dress decorated with silver stars and pink lace trim. Under the skirt is an attached crinoline petticoat with lace trim.

Also included are a pair of black fairy wings with white skull print and pink lace trim. The wings are held on with elastic shoulder straps.
