Bought to supplement 'Constable Cutie' costume. Low cost. Metal, not plastic, yet lightweight. The handcuffs can actually be used on someone (if they've got slim- ish wrists) and come with keys but can also be opened easily using a quick release button so no risk of embarrassing yourself or others! Arrived with rest of outfit and very pleased overall with purchase and service.
