Excellent

I was very impressed with the service (especially the Click & Collect delivery). The communication and customer service are far better from this site than others. As for the product itself, it was higher quality than expected. My only issue is that the arms and legs aren't elasticated and would not fit anyone larger than me (and I'm not big!). Overall I was very impressed.
