The costume looks really great and my little one loves it! Great value for money! But I was even more impressed with quality of the customer service. By mistake, I got delivered the first time the wrong size. When I called customer service, they immediately picked up the phone, they were very polite and knowledgeable, they could see what happened, they provided me with a refund not only for the product but also for postage and they dispatched my replacement order which I placed overnight immediately to ensure I get it on time.
