The Animated Hanging Evil Clown Prop does not say phrases, but it does light up, shake and make noises! It has light up eyes and a creepy laugh that is activated by push button!
Q: Can this be hung outside or is it only for inside

Depending on the weather, you may display this outdoors. We do recommend keeping it out of the rain/snow or colder temperatures, though.
Q: Is this ok to put outside uncovered? We get a lot of cold rain in October.
