Questions & Answers
Q: How do I get the top of the tree to stand up straight keeps flopping over

The tree top is built into the inner hood, which sits behind the face opening and is designed to help you position it. Try adjusting the inner hood so it sits snugly on your head, since a secure fit there is what keeps the top upright.
