The costume is sold as a complete set, so the belt isn't available separately, and mixing pieces from different sizes isn't something we're able to do. The good news is that the Large belt is 39 inches and fastens with a hook and loop closure on the back, which gives you some room to adjust the fit tighter than the full length.
