Thus the costume starts with durable polyester knit and satin fabrics. The materials shape a one-piece made to look like a striped shirt layered under a vest and paired with a skirt.
Then comes the decorative and practical detailing. A hook-and-loop fastener down the center back offers easy changing, while an attached satin belt adds a pop of color (that can't be lost!) to the simply designed costume garment.
