Questions & Answers

Q: The blade part has a little plastic bump on it. It looks like the blade should slide into the grip, but it will not. The plastic bump prevents the insert. Contacted customer support--the suggestion try putting oil on the part that slides into the grip. That did not help. Have I got a defective piece? (1 Answer)

Monster Responds...
It really does sound like you may have a defective piece. The blade, hilt, and grip are designed to slide together, so a molded bump blocking that assembly isn't how it should work. Since our customer support team has already been in touch, I'd encourage you to reach back out to them and ask specifically about a replacement, because that bump shouldn't be there.
