Hi April! The Roman Warrior Costume tops out at an X-Large, with a tunic chest of 44 1/2" and an armor chest of 45 1/4". If those measurements work for your guy, the XL could be a great fit, but if he needs more room than that, this particular costume won't stretch to a 4XL.
