Features
- 100% polyester twill, satin, & velvet fabrics
- Twill coat has attached capelet, velvet lapels & collar
- Vest panels are sewn into side & shoulder seams of coat, fasten w/ silver tone metal filigree hooks & eyes
- Sleeves have satin ruffles at ends of velvet cuffs, meant to look like shirt sleeves peeking out
- Shirt front is same satin as sleeve ruffles; has hook & loop fastener at back of collar
- Shirt front has a semi sheer red mesh tie sewn at each side of collar; tie as desired
- Molded felt top hat has hat band of the same semi sheer fabric as shirt front ties
