The size chart for this romper lists chest and waist measurements but not a separate hip measurement, so the waist is the closest guide for fit around the lower half. For the 1X that's a 36 inch waist, the 2X is 40 inches, and the 3X is 44 inches. Compare those to your own measurements to find the best fit for you.
